Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA Hosts Web Event on Vulnerable Religious Communities Amid COVID-19

As countries around the world cope with the unique and unprecedented challenges created by COVID-19, the situation for vulnerable religious communities is particularly acute and remains largely unaddressed. These groups—including the Rohingya in Bangladesh; Uyghurs in China; and Christians, Hindus and Ahmadi Muslims in Pakistan—face dire circumstances that threaten their very survival.
To shine a spotlight on this crisis facing vulnerable religious communities, Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA hosted a webinar, which seeks to ensure that policymakers and activists hear directly from public officials, experts and eyewitnesses about the challenges faced by vulnerable religious communities around the world. This will help bring about effective and timely measures to alleviate the suffering of these communities.
